Gut Buster 2020 Motivation

We all have the strength to reach our goals, it is always with us, what we do with it is up to us. It can be spent on dead-end ventures that bring us down or on actions that will carry us forward.  Improvement comes with consistency, we may not see it daily, but each day brings us more time to get it right.  Our reality will be the course we decide to follow.

Change Begins With The First Step.

If success has eluded us, when we know we could be doing so much more, the time to reevaluate life is here. We must be honest with ourselves, the hard choices made, a plan with defined goals, yet with the flexibility needed in the real world should be thought out. Change begins when we recognize that must master ourselves, holding in check our desires, passion, and excesses.

We Begin A New Decade 2020

We close out another year and usher in a new decade. All of us tend to make resolutions on New Year’s day and yet how many of us follow through? We often give up within a month, why? Change is hard, leaving our comfort zone is not easy, does it mean we do not want to improve our lives?  We all have dreams and aspirations, but are we willing to put in the work that it will take to reach them? If we want something bad enough, we will make the time, find the funds, be consistent and throw away the excuses.

My Choice: Do Nothing Or Make the Best of Life

We will all come to a point when we feel we have hit rock bottom, placing the blame on others or circumstance no longer works, one path offers freedom, the other more of the same. Time to pick ourselves up and begin to repair the damage we have done. It starts with the mindset that we can do it, it takes consistency not for a day or a week, but for as long as it takes.

My Life Was A Mess. Then I took Control.

 

I thought I had bad luck, that I was suffering because of some outside influence. I was wrong, I made the choices that disrupted my life and it was up to me alone to put a stop to it.  I learned that I could change my life by changing my attitude. It is never an easy road, it took me decades to get where I was at this point and it would take years to get out.  I began, one step at a time, day after day, I kept moving forward.  Controlling my body through fitness and nutrition become a blessing because I could see results quickly.

Thanksgiving Day

We are all given gifts, they differ from person to person, it is what we do with them that counts.  If we waste them or don’t use them for a good purpose, things never seem to fall into place. We all know what is good for us, we don’t need someone to take charge, nobody can do it better than we can for ourselves.  Step up and take responsibility for our own lives.

Wasted Time

We all have the same amount of hours in a day, Therefore each of us holds the key to our own life. The outcome good or bad falls on our shoulders. We can pursue small things that catch our eye, basically distractions or we can choose to work towards a major goal.  All of us must keep in mind, that once an hour has passed it is gone forever, there is nobody to blame, but ourselves. So we must choose wisely.
